I am not sure about DateTime changes, but as for TimeSpan I saw that its
range was narrowed - TimeSpan.MaxValue in .NET 2.0 is smaller than
that of .NET 1.1 (so many TimeSpan tests fail under MS.NET 2.0). HTH.
