This is what I do to some extent currently. For my app it sufficed to
MAKEDEV null, tty and urandom.

Obviously, it does. :)
The subject line "Mono requires /proc to be mounted." is printed on
terminal whenever you try to run bundled mono app in chroot w/o /proc
(and the process aborts).
