The configure.ac change is arguably not something that should be
upstreamed, fwiw. You should probably instead do:
$ CXX=gcc-c++ ./autogen.sh ...
Or symlink g++ to gcc-c++. Or tell the Tizen engineers to fix their stuff. ;)
