[Mono-dev] mcs error

I was building vsts-agent using mcs rather than csc. S390x doesn't have the dotnet command and building it doesn't seem feasible so I was compiling the programs by hand (or script actually). I'm wondering if you changed the Runcsc.sh script to invoke MSc you could duplicate this on a non s390x platform.
