[Mono-ue] Code changes don't update in editor

Yeah I fixed this, the issue was in both XS and VS. But it was caused by removing the Project Types element from the csproj so it can be opened by Visual Studio.

Are there any error messages in the UE log?
It won't work with VS since it currently requires the IDE extension to notify UE when the compilation is complete.
