We didn't release the mobile code yet. It was an early proof of
concept and due to later changes to the build system it's not
functional right now.
Note that UE isn't really designed to be embedded in a native app,
it's intended to be the entire app. So instead of attempting to embed
it in an Xamarin.Android or Xamarin.iOS project (though this should
still be *possible*) we instead made invasive/hacky/unreleasable
changes to the UE build process to bundle the managed code and runtime
into the UE package.
