[MonoTouch] TFS integration

SourceGear had a product called Teamprise (TFS client) that ran on the Mac.
They sold it to Microsoft and the rebranded product is available here

I have spoken to customers that use the command line tools on Mac and 
Linux, and they seem pretty pleased.

There is a MonoDevelop add-in; however, based on their release dates, 
I suspect that it has bit rot. I've never talked to anyone who has tried to
use it.
