[MonoTouch] Binding ObjC library

I thought that link referenced the parser.
This is a version that I had used awhile back which is based on a parser
Miguel created. It creates a lot of the binding file for you but some work
is required. I have not used a MT version of this parser in over a year. I
do have a more recent version that I use for MonoMac bindings.
