Because of my response to the next bullet point, I'd suggest the
<lowercasenamespace>-sharp.dll nomenclature for uniformity.

Gtk# is open for inclusion to all GNOME platform libraries. Since
librsvg is in the platform, you are welcome to include it in the Gtk#

I encourage you to integrate it into the gtk-sharp module in mono CVS.
